John is a real-life hero, a father, a husband, and an American patriot who has made it his life’s mission to serve and protect his country and his community. For the last 20 years, Mr. Owens has served the United States Government and spent extensive time with small teams traveling to the Middle East. Mr. Owens founded Naked Warrior Project as a memorial for his brother, Navy SEAL Ryan Owens, who was Killed In Action in January 2017. Naked Warrior Project creates programs and raises funds to support injured Special Operations Veterans and their families, and serves to memorialize those who have fallen.
